MUSHROOM AND POTATO STEW

 

2 T Olive Oil 2 ½ C Vegetable Broth

2 ea. Onions, chopped 1 ¾ # Potatoes, ¾ inch cubes

1 # Mushrooms, chopped 2 ea. Carrots, diced

½ C Dry White Wine ¼ C Soy Sauce

1 t Thyme 6 oz. Spinach

8 oz. Mushrooms sliced 8 oz. Fettuccini cooked

6 T. Butter unsalted 4 c. Turkey cooked chopped

¼ c. Flour 1 c. Peas cooked

1 ½ c. Milk 2/3 c. Parmesan Cheese grated

2 c. Chicken Broth ¼ c. Bread Crumbs fresh

Crock-Pot Meatloaf


 

1 ½ # Beef ground 1 ea. Onion Soup mix dry

1 ea. Onion chopped ½ t. Liquid Smoke

2 ea. Eggs 1 t. Mustard dry

2/3 c. Oats dried 1 c. BBQ or Ketchup divided


 

Mix beef and onions together. Combine eggs, oats, soup mix, liquid smoke, mustard and all but 2 T. of the sauce. Shape into a round loaf and place in crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 2 T. of remaining sauce and cook covered for 8 hours on low or 4-5...
