Crock-Pot Meatloaf

1 ½ # Beef ground 1 ea. Onion Soup mix dry

1 ea. Onion chopped ½ t. Liquid Smoke

2 ea. Eggs 1 t. Mustard dry

2/3 c. Oats dried 1 c. BBQ or Ketchup divided

Mix beef and onions together. Combine eggs, oats, soup mix, liquid smoke, mustard and all but 2 T. of the sauce. Shape into a round loaf and place in crock pot that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 2 T. of remaining sauce and cook covered for 8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
