Why Scout Willis Is Walking Around NYC Topless Scout Willis is being provocative to prove a point. The daughter of "Die Hard" actor Bruce Willis walked around New York City topless earlier this week and then tweeted the pictures to protest Instagram's nudity policy. Instagram has deleted and won't alow pictures of nipples, even breast cancer survivors and women breastfeeding their children. Willis, 22, pointed out that people can post provocative pictures and pictures about guns and violence but not women showing their nipples....

The actor wants to bring back the show via a web series and started a Kickstarter campaign to do it.
