Cedar Lake Addresses Intersection

Sitting atop a continental divide in Cedar Lake, we're told, is an area of concern for some residents.... work to rebuild and level 126th Place where it meets up with Cline Avenue was just completed this summer, but the three-way intersection where the roads meet is still at the top of a hill. There is currently a stop sign at 126th, and town officials don't believe adding a stop sign or traffic light on Cline is the best option to address traffic worries related to drivers entering and exiting the subdivision there, which is in an older part of the community. The town council has agreed to install solar-powered flashing “Dangerous Intersection” signs alerting motorists approaching either side of the intersection.
