Police in Michigan City are seeking the public's help in connection to a report of shots fired around 2:30 pm Wednesday afternoon near the intersection of E.10th and Oak Streets.  Reports say two unoccupied vehicles were found to have been struck by bullets with no injuries reported. Other details given to police of the incident are being investigated.  Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Sgt.
