Gas prices continue to edge downward leading into the Thanksgiving holiday. Nationwide, there's been a two-penny drop over the past week, with the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded now at $3.43 a gallon, six-cents higher than this time a year ago, ABC News reports. In Indiana, AAA's Fuel Gauge Report shows the average for a gallon of regular unleaded at about $3.42, and in the Gary metropolitan area, it's closer to $3.40, about six cents less than a week ago.
