A 38 year old Indianapolis man shot and killed in Portage Monday died of single gunshot wound to the left side of the neck. The Times reports an autopsy was performed on Tuesday on Wilson Rivera, who lived in Gary as recently as last summer. Published reports says police do not believe the incident was a random act, and that Rivera probably knew who shot him. An investigation continues, and anyone with information regarding this incident, which took place on the 21-hundredth block of Crisman Road in Portage, is asked to contact Portage Police.
