More than thirty-vehicles --- and three elephants – were amidst a crash scene outside Indianapolis Thursday afternoon that shut down parts of Interstate 70 for as many as nearly eight hours and left at least ten people injured. Indiana State Police say it appears that a snow burst contributed to the accidents. Troopers say they learned that a semi-tractor and trailing hauling three elephants slid off the roadway at the crash scene and were not injured. For a time, reports say the highway was shut down in both directions for about twenty miles
