The unseasonably warm weather is being blamed for officials canceling the 1^st Annual WinterFest, which was scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday in South Haven. The Portage Township Parks Department reports, at this time, there are no plans to reschedule the festival; however, they say as soon as the ice rink is ready open-skating will be made available to park visitors.
