Do you have kids in Little League this summer? It's a family staple across the US and I'm sure as a parent you probably don't think twice about taking your son or daughter to play in their games. However, if this lawsuit goes through you might have to! Have you heard of this New Jersey woman who is suing a now 13 year old player for hitting her in the eye with a baseball while she was sitting in the stands? Check out the full story here!

How do you feel about this? The boy said the ball slipped while he was warming up as an 11 year old and his family has apologized to the woman for the accident. Do they owe her the money she is looking for or is it just an accident that's part of the game? Let us know your thoughts on Facebook!

By now you have probably heard the story of Karen Klein, the school bus monitor from New York...poor lady! (Check out her interview with The Today Show above for the latest!) What would you do if those were your kids bullying their school bus monitor? I would smack my son or daughter across their mouth if I ever caught them disrespecting someone like that! (Which is probably why I shouldn't have kids!) What do you think the appropriate punishment should be?

Today I am feeling so sore from sand volleyball! I think my age or it could be my overall outta shapeness is catching up with me! However, I can't complain cause things got bloody last night! Check out my teammate/friend's battlewound from last night's game! OUCH! Her forehead had to be glued together in the ER! I avoided injury by being a klutz and tripping outta the way as my two teammates heads smashed into each other diving for a ball! YIKES!

Did you catch Duets last night? Kelly Clarkson's team had a rough night to say the least! Both of her team members ended up in the bottom two and were forced to sing for their lives! In the end, the judges picked Jason Farol over Jordan Meredith... what'd you think? One things for sure, next week starts the live shows and who knows what will happen!

Also debuting last night, Life's A Tripp On Lifetime. Did you catch it? Turns out no one did! The new reality show that follows Bristol Palin's life in LA brought in less than a million viewers! (Good maybe they'll stop airing commercials for it during my Lifetime Sunday nights!)
