We've made it to Christmas!!! Is it me or does it just not feel like it? Time has absolutely flown by this year!!! One thing I definitely don't miss this year is HOLIDAY DRIVING!!! This is the first time in almost 10 years I have to do ZERO driving!!! If you are heading out this holiday season, please be careful!!!
I cannot wait to get our crazy holiday traditions underway! In my house Christmas Eve always means Long John Silvers fish, pierogis, and crapes! I don't know how the tradition got started, but I LOVE it!!! We also all get together and open our gifts Christmas eve... I always try to be the last one to open a gift! (It's a competition with my sister!)
Christmas Day we check out stockings and scratch our Lottery tickets Santa's left us!!! Then it's more eating and family! Christmas night we always gathered by my Aunt's house and Santa would visit with gifts and a pinata for all of us kids to hit! Now that we're older my cousin has taken over the party with good fun and drinks! What are your holiday traditions?
Anyway, I just wanted to take a brief moment this morning to thank you for being part of my family this year! I hope you have had as much fun as I have the past nine months!!! I am one lucky girl to be here with you sharing my life and getting paid for it!!! Blessed is the only word that comes to mind.

I am such a holiday slacker! It is now just 6 days away from Christmas and I am still not done holiday shopping!!! To make matters even worse this infection in my mouth has me sleeping 14 hours a day!!! Now I am never going to get anything accomplished! Not to mention, because I've been sick, I haven't even started the holiday baking!!!
Can I just buy an extra weeks time? How are things in your house? Are you a slacker like me or did you plan ahead? Must KICK IT IN GEAR!!!
