LINDSAY LOHAN RETURNS BORROWED DESIGNER DRESS IN SHREDS
Lindsay Lohan destroyed a $1,750 designer dress she had borrowed from designer Phillip Bloch for a charity event. When Lindsay returned the gown it was half it's original length. She reportedly ripped it at a club after the fundraiser, and one of her stylist friends went to the club bouncer and borrowed some scissors to cut off the ripped part. BILLIONAIRE BUILDING TITANIC REPLICA: MAIDEN VOYAGE 2016
A billionaire is planning to build a replica of the Titanic. The maiden voyage is planned for 2016. A high-tech version of the fated luxury ocean liner is expected to sail from England to New York. A gala promoting the project was held over the weekend, featuring the original Titanic menu and over 110 guests. It was announced that although it will cost over $200 million to build the replica ship, plans are moving forward.

This year, it's not being called the "Academy Awards". It will simply be known as "the Oscars". Academy spokeswoman Teni Melidonian confirmed that the change has happened for the upcoming show, but said, "We could easily go back to using 'Academy Awards' next year."
