Out With 2012...

Annie was born and raised in Northwest Indiana with her younger sister and parents in Hammond. After spending some time out of the area chasing the radio dream she has moved back to start a family with her two main men: Jager the mutt and fiance Rob. When she is not on the air Annie enjoys cheering her favorite Chicago sports teams (Da Bears, Da Bulls, And Da Sox), hiking, and exploring new fairs and festivals! (Anything Deep Fried she's in!) Annie cannot wait to share her life with you on air and is excited to be back in the Region doing what she loves!

2012... what a year!

I started the year frustrated. Felt trapped in my job, sick of being so far away from home, tired of arguing over distance with Rob... then 2012 held so many great surprises. Got engaged, a month later got this position, and then moved back in with my parents! Now Rob and I are starting 2013 with our very own home and getting ready to begin our lives as one June 1^st! More proof that life has a funny way of working itself out with a little good luck and a lot of hard work!

As we end the year, just wanted to say thank you for welcoming me to The Z this year. I have thoroughly enjoyed all the emails and phonecalls! I feel like you are part of my extended family and cannot wait to share everything 2013 will bring. Have fun tonight and stay safe!!!

Remember at the stroke of midnight comes a brand new beginning... you can be anything in 2013!!!
