Lowell Program on Child Abduction

The Lowell Police Department's free monthly program this month is a class educating parents and children on child abduction. Police say there have been several scares and many rumors surrounding this subject throughout the Lowell community during the past year. Questions and concerns will be addressed in the class. Officer John Chase will host the program next week, June 20th, 6pm at the Lowell Public Library.
