Chicago-based Kolcraft Enterprises is recalling about 36-thousand strollers in the U.S. after receiving reports three children had their fingertips amputated in a hinge, and two adults had fingers smashed or cut, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The strollers were made in China from January 2006 through November 2009 and retailed for about $160.
