There is a Child Safety Seat Inspection Event at Tri Town Safety Village, 1350 Eagle Ridge Drive, in Schererville, Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. An appointment is needed and officials say spots fill up quickly. Child passenger safety technicians will be available to inspect your child's car seats free of charge.
