Death Investigation in Dyer

Investigators discovered two people dead inside a Dyer home Monday in the 25-hundred block of Sycamore Drive. Police say they went to the home after a relative couldn't contact anyone who lived there and discovered two individuals deceased, possibly the homeowners. The Lake County Coroners office says the woman identified as 45-year-old Rhonda Neher lived at that address and suffered a stab wound. The other person had not yet been identified. An investigation is continuing.
