Casino expansion is going to have to come in some other form as Illinois Governor Pat Quinn vetoed the current casino expansion bill this morning. The gambling bill would have brought five new casinos to the state, including one in Chicago.   Previously Quinn said he thought the bill had insufficient oversight over gaming operations and with not enough money going to education, according to WBBM-TV.
