Target is recalling some dog treats because of risk of salmonella.   The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says dog treats called Boots and Barkley American Beef Bully Sticks are being recalled by the company in Denver that makes them because they may be contaminated. Salmonella can sicken animals and put humans at risk. The dog treats were sold at Target stores between April and September.
