A Purdue University professor sees several positive signs that could mean increased sales for the upcoming holiday shopping season. Richard Feinberg, professor of consumer sciences signs include a relatively good back-to-school season, increased retail store hires, early promotions--like early layaway, a planned onslaught of Internet promotions and a fine-tuning of email strategies directed at the stores' best customers. according to http://www.nwitimes.com.
