New Governor visits NWI to Announce New Jobs for Region

Indiana's Governor Mike Pence made two stops to the Region today.  The first stop was in Valparaiso to tour the Porter County Career and Technical Center.  During his State-of-the-State Address Monday night, Pence voiced his support of vocational and tech schools in the state as well as conventional schools.  The governor then stopped by to join executives at Horizon Financial Management, a medical billing company, to announce company plans to expand it's operations creating up to 216 news jobs by 2016.
