One of Justin Werner's tonsils was 2.1 inches long and 1.1 inches wide, earning him the Guinness World Record for biggest tonsils. Werner, 21, had shrugged off sore throats, snoring, breathing and sleep problems since he was a kid. It was only after a dental hygenist commented on his large tonsils that he considered a tonsillectomy.
