New Study on How to Get Kids to Eat Healthy

A new study is offering new hope to parents who have trouble getting their kids to eat healthy foods. ABC News reports researchers at the University of Chicago, and Northwestern found kids are more likely to reject food if they know it's good for them because they believe foods can't serve two purposes meaning if you tell them it's healthy, they conclude it tastes bad. They suggest either selling the foods as yummy or serving them silently.
