Two semis collided around 3:00a.m. this morning at one time both directions of the Borman (I-80/94) were closed at Cline Avenue.  Eastbound lanes were reopened by 11:30a.m. this morning.  As a result, drivers were experiencing residual backups with traffic tipsters reporting 15 mph speeds on eastbound Borman until about 1:00p.m. this afternoon.
