An incident of criminal mischief at City Hall Monday afternoon in Michigan City remains under investigation. Police report a 28 year old Michigan City man used a baseball bat to break the glass on both the inner and outer north and south entrances, around 3:15. Authorities report no offices were entered and that no employees were approached or injured.
