The new chairman of the Illinois Lottery Board is... Super Bowl champ Gary Fencik. The Chicago Tribune today says Fencik was appointed to the board a couple months ago by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn and was recently elected by members of the panel to chair the group. Fencik was a safety on the 1985 Chicago Bears championship team.
