The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority Tuesday reportedly approved a nearly four-and-a-half million dollar appropriation as part of incentives as the state negotiates to bring three companies to the Region, two to Lake County and one to Porter County, Names of the companies haven't been publicly released yet. The RDA says it would mean an estimated 314 new local jobs.
