South Shore Update: NICTD reports power has been restored between Michigan City and East Chicago this morning. Beginning with train 106 morning rush hour trains are out of sequence and running 45 minutes to over an hour late from Michigan City to Chicago. Eastbound trains 203 and 205 will turn at East Chicago and load to head back into Chicago. Metra Electric continues to honor South Shore tickets.
