A murder suspect in a fatal shooting on the Borman Expressway in Gary last month turned himself in to Lake County Sheriffs Police Monday. Indiana State Police say the 29-year-old Gary man is accused of fatally shooting a 44-year-old Gary man on the southbound Grant Street to the eastbound I-80 ramp in around 10:30 in the morning on September 13^th, allegedly firing a weapon from the vehicle he was in at the victim, who was driving another car.
