New developments in the case of a woman found dead in the passenger seat of a vehicle during a traffic stop Thursday night at a mini mart at 25^th and Harrison Street in Gary. The Times reports the woman's 28 year old sister, who is from St. John, was arrested on Friday and charged with operating while intoxicated and child endangerment. Published reports say 36 year old Kristy Hacker, of Gary, was found dead in the front passenger seat of the vehicle, which had significant front-end damage, and the driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment, while a child also in the car was found to be unharmed.
