ABC's Aaron Katersky tells us the suspects tossed explosives from their car and that authorities have found a pressure cooker in a neighborhood in Watertown. Officials say pressure cookers were used to fashion a device that detonated at the Marathon, but there's no indication that this pressure cooker was similarly fashioned into a bomb.
