A new study finds most women (80 percent) like their men with smooth chests! Thank goodness I am not alone! My fiance has this weird vest like shoulder/chest hair look that drives me crazy! The worst is in the summer when he gets outta the pool and its all wet... yuck!

When is it ok to go with your gut?
This is how I make 95 percent of my decisions! If someone doesn't feel right and mesh well with my personality I find it hard to have enough trust to hire them! Does that sound crazy?
Anyway, this week I am finding this may not be the best way to go! We are in the process of being preapproved for the house hunt and I am having a hard time picking a lender based on numbers! I stink at numbers!!! They never make any sense to me! Why can't I just pick a lender with the best personality on the phone? Needless to say, Rob has his hands full with this one!
