RUBEN STUDDARD TO COMPETE ON “BIGGEST LOSER”
Ruben Studdard, the 35-year-old "velvet teddy bear" who won "American Idol's" second season, will star in his second reality show, "The Biggest Loser," this October. The Los Angeles Times said says Studdard is the reality show's first celebrity competitor. According to US Weekly, the 15th season of "Biggest Loser" premieres Tuesday, October 8.

Kyra Sedgwick is missing a fingertip, thanks to a cooking mishap on Saturday. Husband Kevin Bacon documented the bloody accident, posting photos of Sedgwick in the emergency room on WhoSay. “Kale isn’t always healthy…if you chop the end of your finger off,” Bacon wrote, alongside a pic of his wife clutching her bloodied left thumb. He followed that up later with a photo of Sedgwick’s bandaged finger with the caption: “My baby is fine. All good. Still can’t find the tip of that finger.”
