Jason Aldean Performing INDY 500 Pre-Race Concert May 24th
Jason Aldean will perform the inaugural Legends Day concert at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Saturday, May 24.
The event takes place prior to the Indy 500 on May 25.
Tyler Farr will serve as Jason's opening act for the show.
The Cadillac Three debut
The Cadillac Three are out with its debut single "The South,"
The band consists of Nashville natives Jaren Johnston (guitar and lead vocals), Kelby Ray (bass steel guitar, Dobro, acoustic and vocals)
and Neil Mason (drums, percussion and vocals).
Johnston has penned hits for Tim McGraw ("Southern Girl") and Keith Urban ("You Gonna Fly") as well as songs for Kenny Chesney, Jake Owen and Dierks Bentley.
The Cadillac Three are set to tour Europe with Church this spring and return stateside to join Jake Owen on his Days of Gold Tour, beginning March 20.
Hunter Hayes Partners With Child Hunger Ends Here Organization
Hunter Hayes is getting his fans involved in the launch of his latest single, "Invisible," via Instagram. After premiering the song on last month's Grammy Awards, Hunter asked fans to upload videos explaining why they aren't invisible, using the hashtag #iamnotinvisible. The clips shows fans sharing their stories of overcoming bullying and other struggles. A mosaic of those videos is now live at HunterHayes.com. Hunter has also partnered with Child Hunger Ends Here for the "Invisible" launch. That organization will donate the equivalent of one meal to Feeding America for every download of the song sold on iTunes, up to one million meals. "Invisible" moved 126,000 downloads in its first week out.
Randy Travis Makes First Public Appearance Since Stroke
Randy Travis made his first public appearance since suffering a stroke last July and he appears to be on the mend after his harrowing ordeal.
The 54-year-old singer was admitted to a hospital for idiopathic cardiomyopathy and was put on life support for 48 hours.
During that time, Travis suffered a stroke and had to undergo emergency neurosurgery, but he soon was transferred to a physical therapy facility to focus on restoring functions such as walking and talking.
Nearly six months after the medical scare, Travis was in good spirits as he attended a charity concert on Friday in Dallas, Texas.
Fellow country singer Neal McCoy took to Facebook to post a photo of himself with Travis, who is shown grinning from ear to ear while posing with his pal. McCoy writes, "Randy Travis and I recently backstage before I went on, at a Smiles For Life concert in Dallas Texas.
Pretty honored this was Randy's first time out and his first time to have Cowboy boots on since his illness. Gettin Better!!!"
Alison Krauss and Willie Nelson announce joint tour
Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss & Union Station Featuring Jerry Douglas announced today they will together throughout the spring and summer.
The 35-city tour will kick off May 1 in Murray, Ky. and run through July 18 in Toledo, Ohio.
Opening acts include Kacey Musgraves, The Devil Makes Three, Jason Isbell and The Wild Feathers.
The tour will mark the first time that Nelson and Krauss have shared the stage together.

Luke Bryan Performing With Florida Georgia Line On The ACM Awards
Luke Bryan is teaming up with Florida Georgia Line at the 4th Annual ACM Fan Jam during the ACM Awards in April.
The remote broadcast takes place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas just down the street from the main ACM show at the MGM Grand.
Luke is also hosting the 49th Annual ACM Awards again with Blake Shelton.
The show airs live on CBS Sunday, April 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
Jason Aldean sells out first stadium show
Jason Aldean sold out his first stadium show for 2014 on his upcoming 2014 Burn It Down Tour.
Aldean turned the trick at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati.
The first leg of Aldean's headlining tour kicks off on May 1 in Roanoke, Va.
and continues on to 45 cities with Florida Georgia Line and newcomer Tyler Farr also on the bill.
The trek will include five baseballs stadium with the addition of special guest Miranda Lambert on stadium shows in Cleveland; Cincinnati and Pittsburgh.

Garth Brooks sells out five Ireland shows
Garth Brooks sold out five shows in Dublin, Ireland this summer, totaling 400,000 tickets. Brooks added two shows on Thursday with both selling out.,
Tickets for a fourth date for "The Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event" went on sale this morning at 9 a.m. and sold out quickly.
A fifth date was added, and tickets for that date went on sale immediately, also going clean.
This will be the first time that an artist will play five consecutive sold out dates at Croke Park.
"The Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event" will take place July 25-29.
Lonestar launches acoustic tour
Lonestar kicks off its 2014 Acoustic Tour in Arizona with the tour going into late March.
Comprised of Richie McDonald (lead vocals), Michael Britt (lead guitar and backing vocals), Keech Rainwater (drums),
and Dean Sams (keyboards and backing vocals),
the group released its first full-length album in more than three years, "Life As We Know It," featuring the return of original lead vocalist McDonald.
"Pretty Good Day" will be the band's next single.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert will help the Grand Ole Opry celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Grand Ole Opry House next month.
They've signed on to perform on the Opry on March 15 along with Clint Black, Josh Turner and Diamond Rio.
The Grand Ole Opry House was opened on March 16, 1974 with special guests President and Mrs. Richard Nixon in attendance.
Nixon even performed "God Bless America" and "My Wild Irish Rose" that night.

Garth Brooks turns 52
Dierks Bentley, OneRepublic meet at the Crossroads
Dierks Bentley and OneRepublic will share the stage for an episode of CMT CROSSROADS.
The two will meet and collaborate for the first time on the show, which will air in mid March on CMT.
Bentley is preparing to release "Riser" on Feb. 25th and will kick off his headlining Riser Tour on May 9 in Charlotte.
Kacey Musgraves Big Grammy Sales Bump
Kacey Musgraves' Grammy wins translated into a 177% sales bump for her debut album, Same Trailer Different Park.
The project returns to #1 on Billboard's Country Albums chart after winning Best Country Album at last month's Grammy Awards.
Her song, "Merry Go Round," was named Best Country Song, and Kacey performed her latest single, "Follow Your Arrow," during the broadcast.
For Miranda Lambert, it's "Automatic"
Miranda Lambert released the first song from her upcoming album.
"Automatic" comes eight months since the release of Lambert's last single.
Written by Lambert, Nicolle Galyon and frequent collaborator Natalie Hemby, the autobiographical song reflects on the days of pay phones, learning to drive a stick shift, driving to Dallas to buy an Easter dress, recording the country countdown on her cassette recorder and more.
Miranda Lambert's fifth disc will be out later this year.
Garth Sells Out Two More Shows
Garth Brooks has sold out two more comeback shows, again just hours after tickets went on sale.
Brooks announded on February 3rd that he was adding a fourth show to his Comeback Special concert series,
which will take place at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland in July.
When tickets for that show sold out immediately Thursday morning (Feb. 6), promoters added a fifth date, which also quickly sold out.
Garth has now sold a total of 400,000 tickets to the five shows, which will run from July 25-29, 2014.

Each of these offer their own unique opportunities for plant and wildlife observations. In addition, the property offers hiking, interpretive center and services, picnicking, canoe, paddleboat and rowboat rentals, recreation building rental, reservable shelters, youth tent areas, and a swimming beach.

Congregates around vegetation and sunken trees of shallow backwater bays, lakes and ponds.
Spawning occurs when water reaches 67-70 degrees in shallow areas over sand and gravel.
Nests in colonies and spawn once every 29 days during spring/summer.
