Oregon Humane Society Adopts 10,000 Pets

In Portland, Oregon, for the first time since 2019, the Oregon Humane Society has adopted ten-thousand pets in a year. That number was reached when a cat named Elio found his new home;  Elio’s adoptees also have a 12-year-old dog they adopted from Oregon Humane Society 10 years ago. The Humane Society has campuses in Portland and Salem along with a Behavior and Rescue Center for animals with special needs.
