In northwest Indiana, there’s still time to experience Tulip Tyme at the Farm, a brand-new tulip festival that debuted at Harvest Tyme Family Farm in Lowell this spring. Owner of Harvest Tyme Family Farm Josh Sickinger says they put over 300,000 tulips in the ground last November in the shape of a hummingbird. The event opened April 19 and continues through May 11. Tickets are available online at the Harvest Tyme Family Farm website, where the farm also offers a real-time Bloom-o-Meter. Tulip bloom times are weather dependent, and peak bloom periods may vary. “Bringing Tulip Tyme to life has been a dream of ours for years,” said Josh Sickinger, Owner of Harvest Tyme Family Farm. “We’re excited to share this piece of spring magic with the community and create a place where families and friends can make joyful memories together.” Here is a link for more details – https://www.harvesttymefun.com/tulip-tyme-at-the-farm .
