4th Annual Chili Cook Off Fundraiser to Benefit Independent Cat Society

In Porter County, a fundraiser in Chesterton will help out the Independent Cat Society (ICS). A Chili Cook off is happening Saturday October 18, 2025, 1pm – 3pm at Duneland Distillery on 8th Street in Chesterton, with a grand prize awarded for best costume. $20 entry fee includes sampling and voting; $5 sample all and vote; $3 a bowl, to go available while supplies last. These events help the nonprofit pay their vet bills, and you do not have to come in costume. Soda is also on the menu. The event is all you can eat, plus be sure to get your entry for an ICS/TNR Project t-shirt of your choice.
