American Heart Association February 2026 Heart Month

February is American Heart Month and Friday, February 6, 2026, the first Friday of February, is National Wear Red Day. The American Heart Association says the annual National Wear Red Day initiative is meant to raise awareness of the fight against cardiovascular disease in women.
